Massa's lawyers looking for Hamilton's support in his 2008 title bid...... Since he is an ambassador and has always defended the integrity of the sport.

source

In other news, I'm looking for the lottery's support in my bid to win the jackpot.

Has Massa run into money problems and needs some cash or got just one too many yes men around him? Because as I stated in a previous post about this, in no way shape or form was he ever champion under the FIA's protocols for dealing with a cheating competitor. That is, disqualification or expulsion. Even applying a retro active expulsion of Renault from the entire championship....he loses by a bigger margin.

Plus he is trying to prove an unprovable that had the race happened as normal he would have had enough points to win the championship. Exhibit A. His own pit stop that race. It CAN be proven that Ferrari made a mistake costing him track position and destroying his very race. It CAN'T be proven that they might have gotten it right...because you know...they fucked it up for reals.

But the main take away is, at no point was he ever World Champion under the FIA's protocols for dealing with a cheating competitor.

he should sue Ferrari for letting his car fail 3 laps from a sure win at Hungaroring

then sue himself for conking out at Sepang

Wait, so did Helmut Marko actually blame Perez his inconstency on the fact he's Mexican and therefore "lazy" ?

Get that clown out of F1

the weirdest thing is that Marko isn't a Red Bull Racing employee but an advisor tied to the main canned piss company

so his absence will not be felt when it happens

How long before the investors in Aston Martin finally crack the shits at the Stroll's?

Quote:
Revealed: The hefty price Aston Martin are paying for Lance Stroll’s struggles

Spoiler: About $29 Million.

https://www.planetf1.com/news/hefty-price-aston-martin-paying-for-lance-stroll/

Really interesting point in the end that I don't think many people actually realise

Quote:
.......then there’s also extra money for teams who have finished inside the top three in the past 10 years. As that stands today, that’s Red Bull, Mercedes, Ferrari, McLaren, and Williams. That overall figure is, according to The Race, 20% of what Formula 1 makes over $650m with the sport said to be bringing in $2b this year.

Crunching the numbers that’s $18m Stroll has denied the team from the Constructors’ prize pot while Aston Martin are now also out of the running for a share of roughly $67.5m for next season, and the next nine. The exact split for this is not known but it could be divided equally amongst those teams, so let’s call it $11m.

That’s $29m (again, salary and crash damage not included)!

Despite being shit for a decade, Williams have been getting that extra slice for their decade of shit thanks to 2014.

Funny how the most valuable item are the custom licence plates and not the helmes, suits or trophies.

People pay stupid money for personalised plates. Some of them go for 6 figures.

A lot of those items belong in a museum. Some of those wins are among F1's most storied and legendary races, would a shame if those trophies would end up spread out among private collectors. I hope some foundation buys the lot intact.

makes me wonder how much McLaren has because they own all of the trophies of the Senna/Prost era

I read this on social media, and the majority of the comments were praising Zhou, saying that he's doing a great job and putting Bottas to shame. Am I missing something? I can only remember one stand out qualifying. Other than that, he seems anonymous. Alfa have been very poor this season, so maybe it's hard to judge. I think there are better young drivers available, though.

Both of them have their contracts expiring at the end of 2024, makes sense for them to not want to pay severances and stuff. Plus, Pourchaire is still a bit green to jump in, another year in F2 will do him good.

Zhou isn't making a dick of himself, and is there or thereabouts on pace with Bottas I feel this year. Pourchaire will be entering his 5th F2 season (4th full time) if he does it next season..... plus if he's champion he can't do it, so maybe they'll throw him Super Formula way?

True but Pourchaire turned 20 only last month. I can see him replacing Zhou mid next season but he might be the new Grosjean. Quick but crashy.

let's see what Audi wants to do with him, maybe outsource him to one of the SRO championships to see how he copes on crowded tracks
