No delay anymore, but no one wants to go out...until they obviously go out at the same time. Morons.
In F1 World Grand Prix (N64) I would always go out when the track was emptiest.

In the end, better have a time than a slipstream. 2 red flags and it's "session not resumed" again. You're a fool if you haven't set a lap by then.
