should be "start of qualifying delayed until drivers stop moaning and can only use dry"

Turned the TV on and saw it was delayed, expected to see F2 tier conditions. Why the fuck is it delayed?

My wild guesses are some electronic problem with the circuit they won't disclose, or Stop Oil protesters somewhere out in the forest they won't show
