That's a clear cut block by Verstappen. It's worse when it's in retaliation.

They introduced it before Baku because allegedly there wasn't enough meaningful track action on Friday. One of these mythical tweaks nobody really pays attention to because sprint races have lost it's shine and with Red Bull winning all the races it only gives them another chance to build the lead in the standings anyway.
