It's just a shame it doesn't work with current F1 rules. As drivers must keep the same gear ratios for the whole season, full Mistral straight would mean just cars hitting the limiter for a long time. That doesn't look great IMO

The same thing happens at Baku and everyone loves that track

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Look at this guy with his fancy 10-color pen. Only the rich girl in my class had even the basic 4-color (blue, green, black, red), it was a sensation when we first saw it, the rest of us 4-pen-wielding pleb.

And she would throw it when the blue inevitably ran out first

You could squeeze in a few more if you go to the bottom chicane and then back to the first chicane but those don't seem realistic.

the yellow one remembers the old Monza first chicane

plus the red one could be a left right hairpin sequence either like the infamous special stage route 11

If, at Paul Ricard, you get stuck into a gravel trap, you deserve a trophy. :flag:

I can see they digitally inserted sponsors on the runoffs, they should use that to insert gravel

This track would be fun if there was heaps of elevation and trees. Imagine if the run onto Mistral was uphill like Suzuka's straight to 130R and the chicane was blind turn in, then back downhill again into Signes :whistling: .

So verstappen went wide but lap stands? The one corner where they don’t check?

The French track you're looking for is Dijon-Prenois, but just like Charade it's not on the Riviera so not an attractive venue for millionaires to warrant the extensive works done at Paul Ricard

Dijon is also a bit short for modern F1

Jokes aside, are no other layouts Grade 1? They could mix it up a little, and change it every year or so. Turn this shitty trait into a unique feature people would be looking forward to.

Make it a last-minute reveal even (yeah, yeah, the teams will whine because those differences will throw off all their precious calcs and simulations, and everybody knows tyres and cars will explode if not preciously prepped for an exact layout months in advance).

Edit: have two qualifying races or sessions in two different short-tracks altogether with half the field, then only have everyone line up on the big circuit for another practice and the main race. Spice it up you cowards

Teams have to have to run 'rookie' drivers in at least two practice sessions over the season, to keep up the façade that rookie drivers have a chance of reaching F1.
