Yeah, they gave it ages ago, they just told him now.

In every contact in the last years, they gave advantage to the one in front. I disagreed very often, the one turning in and cutting the other off had a lot of responsability too, but that was the way they seemed to deal with it. Until today it seems.

There was a Hamilton radio message about Ocon putting him in the wall so I'm assuming there was another incident we didn't see. Penalty could be for that
