Missed that one. Seems like a slightly arbitrary rule change, is it because of the later start times?

I believe so. It's also kinder to broadcasters who would only have to carve out an extra hour of TV time if shit goes sideways.

Yeah but it's already so wet and with the bad visibility, it smells like a delayed start.
