Having seen the replay, I have to agree. The speed difference was pretty big and I don't think Bottas realised. He came across the same moment that Russell went to the side, and I think Russell overcompensated. I can definitely see why he would think Bottas moved over on him though.

He left more than car width and was moving quite natural way for the corner. No crash if it was dry or full wet, now there was just not enough dry line for two cars at that speed.

Not so sure this is clear cut on Russell, not by a long shot. Bottas moved under braking and this is a pretty narrow track. It's not like Russell turned in on him or anything.
