We need a term for this line of argument, trying to argue that because one questionable change is being made, F1 isn't doing anything else to solve "the real issues". It's not like there's a wholly new car coming next year to address the inability to follow and overtake, budget caps to reduce cost and success testing penalties to reduce the performance gap. You can argue these things won't work, but you need to stop pretending the one thing being talked about is F1's only strategy to solve the sport's problems.

Then wait to see how that pans out before introducing another gimmick people dont want.

There are really good white wines from Germany, it's just not very well known.

There are quite well renowned Riesling wines so that's not true ;)

Maybe you haven't tried a good white wine just yet, you know?

Neither was I at first, but there are some spectacular Sauvignons, Chablis and others.

Skip the sweetened stuff and try different varieties of dry white wines that are properly chilled somewhere around 10-12 Celcius. It's important that it's not too cold or too warm.

Have tried Riesling a couple of times and it's pretty wank compared to Portuguese white wine.

Montreal is about to be booted from the calendar as they won't be allowed to have fans (and therefore make money), and Liberty aren't giving them a rebate this year.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

See RtN's post for why we are wingers here. Possibly boot one of the most popular tracks off the calendar without supporting it, and then go race in Saudi Arabia where no one wants to go.

Races have sucked in Montreal lately anyway. This racing series is turning into Formula Middle East anyway so we as well might get used to it.

I mean, if they're going to go gulf anyway, make it Dubai Autodrome. The big layout is interesting, has elevation changes, and a nice skyline to boot. Much better than Yas Marina.

Heck, make it an Emirati double-header, like fans have been craving for decades. Call it the Arabian GP, like second races used to be called the European GP.

I'm serious about Dubai though, generally speaking if the layout/race is as interesting as Bahrain has been consistently delivering since the start, we won't mind what part of the planet it is on or how many modern slaves died to make it happen. You can't see that on TV as a battle for the lead is raging.
