No race will have as much propaganda as that one

Turn 8 will give Hamilton unprecedented levels of complaining about the wear on the right-front before each fastest lap.

Right-front wear is for pussies who choose comfort over bravery, and set their car to understeer in fast turns.

Maybe it's a good thing there won't be rain this weekend

There's so little grip, any water and they'll just be flying off the road and it'll be 100% SC

oh yeah no grip and high wear, there's our sweet spot right there

Hamilton wins by 50 seconds to Bottas, considering there's no SC for Vettel spinning and stalling

Cyril not here because "he has a meeting somewhere else".

Yeah I wouldn't go to Turkey either if the president of said country called for hate & violence on my country.

And if that was the race weekend with the 2 day format, that would've been qualifying

As Erdogan was busy flexing his tongue towards France, being aggressive all over the Mediterranean, and sending troops to light up Syria, his economy is on the verge of tanking. Protesters are accusing the government of corruption and bad management, and the Turkish people are smothered by high inflation rates and limited income.

I don't usually like to bring politics into racing, but this race is somewhat ill-placed. On the other hand, the track is great and it seems we're headed for some fun times, so whatever, I'll selfishly take every little bit of joy 2020 can still deliver.

Anything that accelerates the tipping of that watermelon seller into the Bosphorus is fine by me.

Erdogan still blackmails EU over the migrants via the Turkish route so dare I say this race is very well placed indeed. Brexit has shown how weak EU really is plus Nord Stream 2 is doing very fine as well. EU is doing business with Russia and Turkey so of course F1 race is well placed. Who cares about Syria in EU? I'd say nobody. France and their secular state is an isolated island whom nobody really cares about least of all the Muslims  I know you'd like to think of France as the world powerhouse but it's not anymore. Not since losing the Prussian War in 1870 anyway.

Also don't forget that Istanbul has been waiting for a big earthquake for a while now, minimum 7.5.

Looks like it should stay dry for QLF, not sure if the track will dry up though, could be fun.

Tomorrow will be dry.
