I can see lot os grey areas regarding this stuff could be loads of fun

sadly it won't happen because drivers like Lewis Hamilton want to celebrate the new years smoking pot and hanging out with their friends on a fancy hotel in LA

Lewis doesn't smoke pot because it's animal cruelty and bad for the planet.

actually not. they cannot take drugs before races. But during vacation they are free to do whatever they want, just taking care to give some time to get clean before testing. Football players often smoke weed when on vacation. Is not like you smoke 8 joints a day, is just one to hang out with your friends, that once every 6 months

Actually, Enge lost a title because of it.

How smoking weed is racistic exactly?

Or are you suggesting that he's smoking weed because of his race? Being Brittish? Or vegan? Or what? Tell me where's Lewis race plays the part here. You can't even guess it from previous pages posts if you didn't know it.

He has a slightly different colour than most white men, so everything negative being said about him must therefore be borderline racist.

so now that he's in quarantine we might finally see he recording songs like Jacques Villeneuve did

Some are overly sensitive. A common condition in the modern world.

This makes zero sense. It's not even funny in an absurdist way.

But I guess people around here won't let anything get in there way when it comes to knocking him down. It's actually really sad.

He's the best driver in the world and you have to resort to mocking his, positive life direction?

He comes across as a fucking insincere dickhead Scotty. Nothing to do with him as a driver, which I believe you have to be a moron to say that he isn't one of the all time greats.

The problem with F1 is, you never know. Hamilton could very well be only the 6th best driver on the grid (or any other random number from 1 to 18, nobody is worse than Grosjean and Magnussen), but yet he wins all the titles.

And yes, he can be good, but man I can't stand him. Or Vettel. Or Ronaldo for that matter.

Lewis Hamilton is today by far the most important driver inside and outside of the track. He is up to bring awareness about topics that most drivers as public persons don't give a shit

the only problem is that he drives a Mercedes, the evil empire. Other than that he's a great guy

You had nearly two days to analyze my meaningless reply to Lucas and that's what you came up with? Taking it out of context and completely misunderstanding the point? And your argument is that he's the best driver in the world? He's as much the best driver as your reply is on the point.

Yeah but it's not hard to achieve when your competition is miles back, made all the much easier when the rules don't change during your most dominant years.

I don't hate Lewis, and it's been cool watching him develop, but he does seem to get overly fawned over by certain people or organizations, like motorsport.com for example.

And it does get tiring seeing the same guy winning every weekend, especially with little competition. It was the same thing with Michael Schumacher back in the day. Nothing "racial" about it.

about winning the championships, the real problem is Mercedes. FIA and Liberty could had worked their strings to make it harder like when they tried with Ferrari in 2000-04 but they didn't gave any fucks, just give the whole shit to Mercedes and don't bother showing up to race

Senna, Schumacher, Vettel, their competition was miles back when they won some of their championships. Hamilton's not the only driver to win a Formula 1 title in a really good car you know. And how is he supposed to convince people, take a $30m pay cut, sign for Alfa Romeo and try and win a championship with them?

I can understand people's dislike of him because him winning is repetitive, but you still gotta show respect to the man, something I certainly don't see here. Schumacher did some of the worst things on the race track and gets so much more respect.

Oh and I'm absolutely sure some people dislike him because he's black. Not mentioning names, anyone in particular and I'm positive no-one will admit it but its definitely there.

Yup and he's earned every bit of that respect by doing doing a hell of a lot more off the track with his one thumb than Hamilton has in all. It's a lot more than just accumulating cups, wins, poles, fastest laps; which by the way are heck of a lot easier to rack up by 35 when you've got 20+ races a year and all you basically have to do is show up to the factory and have the most dominant car handed to you for 6 seasons. Just looking at his tweet from the other day, god damn but is he ever a pretentious attention seeking holier than thou twat. Oh wait, I forgot he's #blessed so he can't put a foot wrong, my bad.
