Pre Race was weird, with the announcers trying to insert the titles of Outkast songs into their speeches for no reason, then the command being "Gentlemen, SHOW NOW MERCY and start your engines!!" by some fighter guy of some kind, now the commentators are trying to insert that phrase into their commentary whenever they can

Oh, and there's also a race on

Have they not restarted yet after the first stage?

Racing is fun atm, and was for about 4 laps after the start too

It seems here the tyres drop off too much to be fun after that

Gragson is probably the last person you want a bump like that from.

Strangely it's picked up in the second stage.

Thought I saw a bit of smoke from contact back there.

First real caution

Two cars hit the inside wall hard, 4 cars involved

The two that hit the inside wall with the front, hardly any damage at all, that seems disconcerting 8O

I'd call that a slide rather than a spin

And again on the next restart, Noah Gregson gets tagged and snags two other people before again hitting the outside wall and getting minimal front end damage.

He wasn't forced up there. He didn't have to cut across Chastain.

Good race in the end. It’s almost as if increasing horsepower and reducing downforce is a good recipe.
