The #17 is a Mike Harmon entry. Hoping he can have a good run Saturday night.

Yeaa must be, but it's also on nascar.com as well. Even showing Weatherman in the #17 in practice. Strange, but at least MHR confirm it's Zippy.

Jayski thinks the deal fell through but Mike Harmon Racing put out a Tweet since Jayski's post saying that Zippy is driving the #17. I don't know what the deal is.

Crafton wins the championship. His last win? Eldora 2017!

Are these the "moments" that Steve O'Donnell rambles on about? No wins, no top 5's since June until that race and only 44 laps led all year.

At least the dude who had 0 points after 9 races didn't win it. That would have been worse.

Funny thing, the one championship that can give me a similar feel, if there's any. Was the one who started the chase after all. Kenseth at 2003....

Not that I wouldn't prefer the winston cup format to keep on going.

Except Kenseth in 2003 was consistently running top 5 and top 10 in a full, competitive 43 car field. Crafton was just sort of hanging around mid pack with only about 15 or so competitive trucks. 95% of the time. LMAO What a farce.

And the only reason Newman didn't win the title with so many wins was because he pretty much crashed out of every other race.
