They can submit an appeal against individual orders, but not against the judgement itself.

Typical judges not liking the cut of his jib....

Don't they realise a hard working businessman when they see it?
It takes so much effort to scroll google to select an "anonymous" company to steal a logo off, and all that lying, cheating and scheming that is mandatory for successful businessnes takes time and resources too?

What do these namby pamby, loonie liberal, out of touch judges want from businesses these days, legitimate trade based on an actual product?
That's so not how modern businesses work, they need to get with the times!

It's funny and depressing because this is literally what the guy is like. He just has no concept of accountability or responsibility. Even yesterday he posted a picture of his own motorbike (complete with Whyte logo) and stated it would be seen at the TT next year.

Much as he is obviously a self-absorbed prat, I do hope he has some kind of support available when reality hits because it's going to hit hard...

When it all falls over, he can shave it off and assume a new identity and be on to the next dupe

It's a good point, but worth noting that it wasn't necessarily fans that started that theme, it was pundits and certain drivers kicking up a fuss about having to take care of the tires and not being able to go all out all the time, that groups of fans (really one particular group of fans) latched onto. The whole "argument" was very much tinted red, as it so usually is in Formula One.

Wonder if Haas has sucked a bit more than usual on purpose to get them to cite breach of performance so Rich terminated the contract instead of Haas... Assuming Haas was being paid but the writing is on the wall and they want to distance themselves as fast as possible.

This blatantly was signed a few months ago when it leaked but was hushed up so Silverstone could get a bit of "come because it might be the last ever one" publicity out of it

But good for them, if that worked for them they might well almost break even....
