No more Mazda after this year https://sportscar365.com/imsa/iwsc/mazd ... r-no-lmdh/ |

Not surprising, since they started scaling back their operations and halted cooperation with Joest. This leaves GM as the sole current DPi manufacturer yet to confirm or not a LMDh program. And seeing Kevin Magnussen going off to greener pastures I'm not that positive at the moment. Still it would be quite strange to bring Ganassi into the picture for just a couple of seasons, unless CGR is taking over GT operations after Doug Fehan's retirement (but that's pure speculation on my part). |

Rather odd given if they build a car under LMDh rules that can race it world wide |

Not sure where I'm supposed to post this but wasn't there supposed to be a Prototype challenge race now? It's been listed on the usual stream sites for a while now has suddenly vanished... |

NASCAR doesn't have their TV production crew at the track this weekend, which is the reason why there's no stream or tape delayed broadcast planned. USAC also was racing down there this weekend with the Porsche Sprint Challenge. They did stream the races on FloRacing but most of the PoV's were from CCTV/security cameras (the new series is running alongside IndyCar or SRO races most of the year, so I assume they were planning on using whatever cameras that the headline series already had on hand for their races). |

easily one of the worst kept secrets going (considering there's been rumors of this for like 3 years now) so good to see Porsche back in prototypes & Penske running both IMSA + WEC |
