We're camping in Houx Annex. We'll hopefully get the banner pinned to a fence in the esses.

Dave
We will have to swap numbers so I can call you to meet up..
Perhaps those that want to meet put your names below, then the others can PM their mobile numbers to each other!

I'll be getting a French Sim Card, so will work out the logistics of that soon. The way I'm doing it, I probably won't have credit on it, but 500mb worth of data.

I won't have a working phone, sadly, but if we can firm up some details before things get crazy it would help a lot.

For what it's worth, I'm arriving Monday morning in Paris and splitting a rental car with another marshal from there. We'll drive up that afternoon and head over to the circuit. Not much to do Tuesday other than pick up credentials and settle in...

I'll only be working one of Wednesday or Thursday as I understand it which means I'll want to go crazy with a camera, but I definitely want to meet up at some point.

Friday I have a standing offer to go to Tours with a few friends, but I stayed in Tours for my LM trip a few years ago so I'll probably decline that offer. Thusly, any time on Friday would be fantastic for a meetup. I'll be camped out on post at Poste 61 so it'll be a bit of a haul, anyway.

Where abouts is Poste 61? I'll be camping in Houx (infield of the Bugatti circuit). I'm fine for walking anywhere. On Monday night I'm planning on walking the entire length of the circuit, again. A lot of people hate it, but I love doing that.

Friday I'm free all day, as is my entire group, so it should be easy to organise meeting. For what it's worth, at our campsite we'll have a wireless router connected to the interwebs, if you want to turn up and use our 3G. There is a 500mb limit for the week, so no torrenting. :P

Poste 61 is the exit of the second chicane on the Mulsanne... Not sure I could be much farther from the hub of activities up there :p ...

You used to do GTP stuff with Ian Woollam didn't you? He's in our group this year. :)

A little bird has told me that the ACO has rented the top-floor of their building to a manufacturer. So comms will have no view of the pits!

 ACO are so incompetent.

I wonder if the manufacturer is French as ACO tend to show favouritism towards their fellow Frenchies.

As a driver screwed by the Peugeot pull out, I think Marino Franchitti needs to get his ass out of the DeltaWing and into a proper seat.

Still looking for a decent headset which will receive RadioLeMans on track and has good battery life. Anyone got a TBK Top Tip?

You're Scottish though so you're biased. :p

I agree with you, Marino deserves a proper factory drive without question.

My money is on Montagny, with Pagenaud as an outside chance - they won't need him for the rest of the WEC season, anyway.

Would Pagenaud skip an Indycar race though?
