I like the Alboreto tribute on the rear wing of the Audis. Classy touch.

Highcroft - if they can stay reliable - has an awfully fast car... Going to be a great race.

Last I spoke to Marino, Highcroft weren't doing Le Mans? That may have changed because the teams plans have been scattered at best.

When did you last speak to Marino? As of March their only confirmed plans were for Sebring, Le Mans in the works, with maybe Petit. It would be a real shame if they couldn't make it to LM with that car, but I'm hopeful.

It might have been even before March. Been a while now. But they certainly aren't at the test day. They are pretty bummed about not being there.

SPEED will air this year's 24 Hours of Le Mans. ALMS doesn't hold the USA TV rights to Le Mans.

If you look at the laptimes of the Peugeot's and Audi's: damn this is going to be close this year. The new Audi looks to be on a par with the Peugeot when it comes down to the raw car performance. Something the R15 was lacking.

Hmmm, the pole last year was 3:18(9?), so I don't think we're seeing the full potential of either of them. I guess Spa will give us a clearer image, but tbh we're only going to see the true pace on Wednesday before the 24...

Remember the reg changes. Comparison to last year is a bit pointless.
