IMSA returns to the fast & flowing Watkins Glen International - one of the premier road circuits in the northeastern USA for round #6 of the 2019 IMSA WeatherTech Sports Car Championship, and the round #3 of the IMSA Michelin Endurance Cup. Like the past couple of years, the 6 Hour will see several patriotic paint schemes given the close proximity to Independence Day weekend here in the United States. Supporting the 6 Hour this year includes the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge in the Tioga Downs 240 on Saturday afternoon, along with the single make classes of IMSA Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge USA presented by Yokohama & IMSA Blancpain Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America over the weekend. Car count for this weekend sees 37 entries in both IWSC & IMPC, Porsche Cup sees 29 entries & Super Trofeo has 19 entries. Several high profile competitors are racing in Super Trofeo, including Monster Energy AMA Supercross champion Chad Reed, current IndyCar racer Conor Daly, past IndyCar champ Paul Tracy & past IndyCar regular Bruno Junqueira. Note: live video coverage in the United States will only be on the NBC Sports App & NBCSports.com due to conflicts with NASCAR. Entry Lists: IMSA WeatherTech Sports Car Championship - 37 cars entered (11 in DPi, 2 in LMP2, 8 in GTLM, 16 in GTD) IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge - 37 cars entered (24 in Grand Sport, 13 in TCR) IMSA Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge USA - 29 cars entered (21 in Platinum -991.II, 8 in Gold - Type 991) IMSA Blancpain Lamborghini Super Trofeo - 19 cars entered (4 in Pro, 5 in Pro/Am, 4 in Am, 6 in LB Cup) Spotter Guides: IMSA WeatherTech Sports Car Championship IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge IMSA Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge USA presented by Yokohama IMSA Blancpain Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America Essential Links: Timing & Scoring (IMSA / Alkamel) Live Timing Aggergator Radio LeMans / IMSA Radio IMSA Mobile App Weather Forecast (Weather.com) Event History IMSA IWSC Guide - Official Series Page IMSA's 50th Apex - Official Series Page On-Track Schedule (all times are local to the circuit / US-Eastern): Spoiler: Broadcast (Television / Streaming / Radio) Information: Spoiler: Onboard Lap: Track Map: |

Michelin Pilot Challenge currently in weather delay presumably because of lightening in the area. |
