On the straights yeaa, on the infield they're stronger then the DP's.

The Picket Oreca is about one lap + 30 seconds off the lead. Not impossible to regain.

I noticed that the P2s are similar speed if not slower than the GT LM class down the straight. Awesome equalization job.

Actually, their top speeds aren't all that far apart, even at Le Mans. I remember HPD engined LMP2s being almost slower than GTs in their first outing at Paul Ricard.

Gidley also fractured his back which will also require surgery. Malucelli with be updated later but he is resting comfortably.

So the Krohn Ferrari was in the way during the Gidley accident. Why's that not a surprise.

The car in front of Gidley? That was Scuderia Corsa.

That has to be one of the most difficult Rolex 24h to watch in years, so many live streams, so little working for real....now watching the speed stream and it's working fine.

In Brazil we're not having the feed because Fox decided to move its motor racing coverage to the recently born Fox Sports 2 (problem is that Fox Sports 2 wasn't launched for the big companies yet, we'll have to wait till march to see it - I'm afraid that I'm losing Daytona 500 this year...
