Booo. Last year we went past the 6hr mark for a green finish. This year they go white with 4 mins to go.

That rain wasn't much fun. We gamely held on to the end in the Jackie Stewart stand and witnessed Taylor noob it into the wall though. Couldn't believe they left it green at that point - there was debris all over the place and none of the other cars could see it in the spray. Fun race though, other than the dumb white flag with 4 minutes left thing - they could easily have had a one lap shootout - the rain had totally stopped at that point.

Our camping neighbor, who has been attending races at the glen for 45+ years, said the weather this weekend was the worst he's seen. It just never ended. Rainy windy and cold for 2 days straight. Shortly after leaving the track the sun came out and there was a huge rainbow over Elmira. I'm glad to be home.

It was very wet, and very windy.

We were camping in the toe and I lost my "awning" to the wind on Saturday afternoon.
