Why do they give the JLOC Lambo an entry ever year? Its so amateurish, last year they didn't even ran the race.

Also why are there no Formula Le Mans cars?

Because they aren't real Le Mans cars.

Formula Le Mans is being used in those other series because they cant fill the grid with real cars. Luckily that is never been a problem for the real 24H. But I have to say that GT1 looks very shitty.

They got an automatic entry by winning the Asian LMS race. It's a travesty :yuk:

Come on, it doesn't matter if there are one or two non-competitive cars on the grid.

That Lamborghini is music even if it's out on lap 1 like last year. Hearing the V12 sing is more than enough justification - I just wish they had full Reiter Engineering support.

Well they did a good job getting the Lambo out to start the race a couple of years back when Marco Apicella had that huge shunt in it.

Ha, the Apicella shunt was effectively the moment started posting on here regularly 3 years ago

I seem to remember they had DAMS (or was it Reiter?) ship a new chassis out to them which they got ready in time for practice, but then broke down on the first lap of the race, which was funny because we all expected the T2M Dome to be the first retirement as I believe they'd done even less mileage. They were also planning on doing the whole race with 2 drivers like the #14 Kolles car did last year after Narain fell off the pitwall

Villeneuve came close with second at Le Mans in 2008.

Your link does mention an Indycar/CART title. Mansell has no chance of winning anyway.

I'm kinda glad I'm not going this year, this schedule is terrible. Formula Le Mans not only get screwed by getting thrown into the LMS grid, but they lose the Le Mans support event. Porsche Carrera Cup will be even more dull around La Sarthe, and notice how the official schedule (which is the same as the one posted here) is missing the Group C race? They only have a single qualifying session, no race?

Yeah, thats the list they published. You have it correct as far as we know. The Group C race just isn't there, and the rest of the schedule is rubbish. The "Le Mans vers le futur" is GP ELEC. How fucking terrible does that look? :(

No one cares about support races on the weekend.. its all about the main spectacle.
