"I was down at Wilbur Shaw's pits and he changed 4 wheels, put gas, oil and water in his car, got out of car to wash his face and it only took 42 seconds to do all that!" hahaha I love it. |

Love this car: So much so that it's the latest livery I've done for the 1991 season. Much better design than his 1992 livery imo (albeit much simpler) |

For being bored purposes: Is there an overview which CART seasons are completely up on youtube? Which season was the most spectacular overall? |

I'm pretty sure every single CART/ChampCar race there ever was televised is on Youtube in someway. I recommend 1985 and 1993 at first. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p_VSMrM ... m9XRP2gDNW https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bHfqCIw ... pNB4NvLhw7 |

1993 was an incredible season. That's during the golden era of when the cars looked their best IMO, the actual on track product was phenomenal, and the Mansell Mania stuff was really neat. 1994 was an absolute stomping by Penske, but if I remember right there was good racing further down the field. 1995 was a solid year, and if nothing else the Cleveland race that year is one of the all time greats. 1996 was the first year I watched live as a kid and it was a great one, especially Road America, which is my favorite race of all time, absolutely batshit insane race that year. 1997-2001 are all definitely worth the time. 2002 was the last CART year, but the racing kind of sucked since they decided to allow traction control. The 2003-2007 CCWS years are okay, some great races but also some serious snoozers, so I recommend sticking with the CART days. |

How awesome it would be for IndyCar racing to be as healthy now as it was in 1994. I mean, the field sizes were just ridiculous: Surfer's Paradise: 27 starters, 31 entered Phoenix: 28 starters, 31 entered Long Beach: 30 starters, 33 entered Indianapolis: 33 starters, a metric shit ton entered Milwaukee: 26 starters, 29 entered Detroit: 28 starters, 31 entered Portland: 32 starters Cleveland: 31 starters, 33 entered Toronto: 31 starters, 33 entered Michigan: 28 starters, 29 entered Mid-Ohio: 28 starters, 32 entered Loudon: 27 starters, 29 entered Vancouver: 28 starters, 32 entered Road America: 30 starters, 31 entered Nazareth: 26 starters, 29 entered Laguna Seca: 29 starters, 32 entered |

That 32 starters at Portland that year was crazy. I actually just finished watching the 1991 season for the first time. In the past I wasn't interested because the field size was small and the field wasn't that competitive besides the top 8 or so. BUT, the racing was fucking awesome that year. I was missing out. Besides the first few races (and Indy/Michigan), it was a fairy tale year for Michael Andretti. That Marlboro Challenge race at Laguna Seca was a thriller as well, with a surprise. Spoiler: But yes, 1991 is a great season. Now working my way through 1990. |

I've watched every race from 1994 to 1996 on YouTube. Well worth it. Particularly fun for me as I was going in blind to the vast majority of races so I had no idea what to expect - it was like watching live. Eventually I'll get round to 1997 |
