Probably, they explained in the broadcast, any new parts must weigh the same as the original Dallara parts, so the only way you add parts, is to shave down (weaken) or remove existing parts.

I predict a season full of debris cautions mixed with copious amounts of aero push :lol:

Why did Indycar decide to let them mount a bunch of ugly and fragile winglets that only cause dirty air, do nothing to improve the racing and cost money anyway?
