I'd like them to bribg a slightly more durable oval tyre next year.

With this years tyre you get great racing early in a stint but as soon as the tyre wear kicks in they all go single file & the racing often becomes a bit dull.

Isn't that the point? To eliminate pack racing.

Yeaa but its ended up at the other extreme.

If special ed wins I'm going to be pissed.

Its more the aero that allows/prevents pack racing.

As long as they dont have so much downforce (and too little power) that they can run flat all the way round then we wont see pack racing.

The tyres they had in 2012/2013 seemed a bit more durable than this years & it just seemed that been able to run harder for longer before the wear kicked in allowed for better racing.
