Video of the crash, good thing there where no spectators in that area, the damage is massive.

Yikes. Nothing Kimball could do there, Aleshin just went below the white line and shot up the race track.

Hope for a speedy recover for Aleshin.

Horrible.... every time one of these things gets into the catchfencing..

From the looks of it, the trip to the catch fence was secondary, all his injuries probably came when he got T-boned by Kimball, esp since they were all right side fractures.

I'm guessing that the Ganassi car that was running on the apron caught Aleshin by surprise and the spin was a result of that. Nasty. Kind of reminds me of Conway's incident with Will Power at the Indy 500 a couple of years back.
