Why was JPM fading so badly at the end there? :slaphead:

Love seeing different race winners/people on the podium, this is what makes the series so darn good at the moment

That left front on Monty's car looked terrible.

Wonder whether JPM hit the wall on the last lap, car seemed twitchy as hell during the final moments.

Based on how Bourdais braked at least a second later than JPM when he passed him I'm assuming he was nursing something since that last restart. Out of fuel? Tyre pressures set just for short runs after yellows? Slow Puncture?

He was on reds and used them all up fighting with Hawksworth, I imagine. Hitting the wall trying to pass him outside of the chicane surely didn't help either. :whistling:

Great race. And Aleshin is pronounced Alioshona since I watched half the race on a russian stream.

Today has honestly been one of the greatest days of the racing season.

12 hours of great quality racing were there for the taking. 95% of it HOF worthy too.

Pocono next! Then Toronto, 2 different but surely hugely exciting races coming up in the next 2 weeks then.

It's a good time to be an Indycar fan :)
