When he came to a stop he was holding up his right hand so I thought he'd hurt it but that's the hand he has on his face.

He did hit someone with his right front.

Seeing he's resting his left hand on his chest could indicate he hurt it, or his arm. Whatever it is, doesn't look good atm...
