And a moment ago, the green flag was thrown whilst Power was toddling along admiring the view. Same accident but this time it was caused by Power, rather than the officials.

I don't understand why Indycar don't penalized at all Will Power for that.

There's no minimal speed at which you restart so they can't do anything about it...

It seems he doesn't actually have to go until that second cone, Indy car needs to look at that if true.

Well implement a minimum speed for restarts and teach drivers at the rear to not make assumptions.

Green flag was waived and Power slept on the restart . He told that to Cindric and Cindric said it on TV.

Green was flown. Drivers reacted to that. Will Power was still at pacing speed whilst the flag man was waving green.

There is a point where even if the rules don't say it's illegal, if you do something that stupid, you should be punished.
