If I had to guess, I'd say he's annoyed that they were having to do standing starts in the first place.

Bottom line is neither discipline is 100% safe so they might as well run both to give us a different kind of start-line herpa-derpa

Why no double file restarts? they managed it at Baltimore with that stupid chicane in the way. Why not here?
