I think they penalised Dixon on the grounds of you can't hit equipment or people in pit-lane, I think that's a long time rule in AOWR, but they'll have to clarify that for the next race, something along the lines of "crew members must use as little space as possible" or something...

Or "be aware of your surroundings lest you want to get hit" or something along those lines.
