Well, that proves they are manipulating the FCY not to screw the leaders. Herta and McLaughlin profited from that even more.

Indycar does this a lot and i HATE IT

One day someone will get hurt because they're waiting for the leaders to get their stops out of the way under green

Going yellow is purely a safety concern, the race director doesn't have to play fair with regards to strategy, just cut that out right now
