Yeah, I was thinking in regards to actually damaging the car. Sato never even lifted, which is completely insane and awesome.

Another thing is, is Wilson the first driver to qualify for the race without actually setting a quali time?

No, there's been a couple before based on some comments on a DL Twitter post about that.

Anyone who says the big speeds don't matter didn't hear the crowd roar when that second 234 lap went up.
