Chilton not being there, and the team choosing not to field a replacement, probably costs them any chance of staying in the Leader's Circle. 'Travel issue' is also quite vague.

If I were (more of) a cynic, I would have money on the plug being pulled after the 500.

I still don't care for that last chicane that replaces the reverse oval T1 but it is fun to watch them try to accelerate out of that long right hander onto the straightaway. Right on the edge of planted and slipping.

Never really watched Indycar qualifying and the coverage is horrible. No sector times, camera often on a slow lap when there are cars on fast laps... Pretty poor.

I watched it before and it's sadly the same old story for years. Terrible coverage when it comes to sector times & overall time. F1 had better qualifying coverage back in the 1990s already.
