The more I look at it, the more stupid it gets. RPM value changes constantly, which is least informative value. Speed goes from 221 to 219 then to 221 then to 220 and then to 219 again in a corner. How is that helpful?!

Then that fucking gear chart. It actually moves like a volume bar between gears! And it moves slower than what it actually takes!

Then those Throttle and Brake blip blop lights. You could get three green lights, one grey and one red. What the hell is that supposed to be! Driver is like 60% on throttle and 20% brake and 20% goes for "the fuck would we know"?

All this makes absolutely no sense when driver is one light green, three grey and one on red while doing 222mph and revs are changing back and forth. There's absolutely no information value! Makes F1 overtaking change % chart look smart.

Current Order

RC Enerson and Top Gun needed a while to convert the car from the spec they used for ROP to real practice setup and didn't manage to complete that before happy hour. They then decided it's better to take their time and call it a day rather than throwing the car into dense traffic.

Well if he's still in the dark about what was going on, it's hard to blame him. Someone dropped the ball but it wasn't him.

Kinda ridiculous that teams are apparently wanting to use an active track for this shit though. I know odds are slim that something bad could happen but there's really no reason to risk it, especially when they could probably petition IndyCar to let them do that sort of thing before/after the track is green for official practice.

I think the difference is that people had prior warning when Penske did it but Rahal didn't let officials know they were gonna do it.
