Better than Nascar no practice or qual at all the whole last year. On a car that can easily blow it's tyre if is not properly used. And no in-car adjustments either.

I think most of the teams tested here in late March/early April. So they do have some "fresh-ish" data to help them along this weekend.

yeah they had a couple tests between a open series test & smaller tire tests

weather is looking bad, so they will be lucky if cars are on track at all imo

I suppose it’s good there’s no race scheduled next weekend. That way they can stick around in Texas for an extra day or two if needed without putting the teams in a travel crunch.

Yeah, race will be over by 11pm local if it starts on time. Hopefully there won't be any delays. Practice starts in two hours from now.

Are you sure? Can't find that on indycar.com or the texas motor speedway homepage. Both still state the original time.
