Ok, so whoever here has an iRacing account, let's try tomorrow to match the best laptimes these guys do.

I have to mention though I have an old Force Drivig GT wheel, and I suck by default

It'll be interesting to see what the vote is for the sixth race. Somewhere Indycar doesn't currently race in real life. Spa? Talladega?....how 'bout Bristol or Martinsville?

That was pretty fucking awesome all things considered. Enjoyed the clean smooth driving and overall presentation.

Bathurst is a better option for Sim racing

iRacing's presentation was pretty good (as always)

Looking through Twitch highlights - I am hearing reports of TK being sent to space + then taking the NASCAR layout & Bourdais getting DQ'ed from a meatball flag,

Do they have the old school version on Monza on iRacing? the Roval that seems like the most appropriate track for Indycars

Race wasn't the most exciting, but it was presented very very well and I look forward to the rest of them!

They have the oval in both left & right turning layouts, as well as a classic combined course & non-chicaned layouts of the GP track

One of the only tracks that was messed with so it was useable (took out part of the sand trap for oval turn 1 with those versions)

I enjoy simracing broadcasts, and it's very cool when it's average joes driving, commentating and organising.

This whole thing however just felt... sad. Enjoyed it, but it was so awkward.

I think that the fictional event will suit it more. The crazier the event, the better. Throw in Bathurst, Nurburgring, and heck, Riverside, Rouen, old Spa, or other old-school outdated tracks where they would never set foot!
