You don't always need a photo finish to have an amazing story. This is what happens when you let a race finish naturally. |

Munoz will win one for sure. Feel kinda bad for him even though the winner we got was fascinating. |

Rossi wasn't the only one to stretch the fuel on that run, by the way. Kimball (5th) and Power (10th) also ran 36 laps on their final tanks. So that's both manufacturers represented, though Rossi's Honda obviously got more speed out of it throughout the run since those other guys were passed by several guys who did pit. |

Personally I don't watch racing for stories but wheel to wheel action Indy delivered more than enough for 90% of it so a finish like that I can be ok with. Just about. If the race had been shit up to that point and then that happened, it would've been a big deal. Oh well, that's racing, on to the next one |

Rossi did wind up with the fastest lap of the race as well. Really bringing a little extra F1 flavor to the day. |

For the first time since 1985-86 (Sullivan/Rahal) two successive editions have been won by drivers who also competed in F1. |

No spin and win this time, but Rossi really learned how to lift and coast last year and it's paying off now. |

Not trying to be a cock here, but was Chilton in this race? I thought he qualified. |
