Kinda thrilled about the race. Seeing how packed that place is and seeing the pre-race stuff really makes you remember how big this race actually is.

It's the last thing before the command to start engines.

Whoa, dude...

Whether you agree with war or not, people died doing their jobs to protect us. To mock it is uncalled for. I've personally had numerous family member have to go over seas and fight. It is out of line and uncalled for, especially on a weekend such as this.

Where's BillBuckner when you need him?

I do agree with Cryan, there are some people being deployed overseas to protect this country. I do agree that there's a fine line between joking and insulting. That being said, lately, I've find myself hating what this country has become.

Civilians died too but I don't see anyone giving a care about them.

I'd never ever say anything against anyone who serves their country in a war or even in peace time.

However it seems the organisers have gone so OTT with the patriotism it comes off as glib, like "NASCAR do this every week so we can do it too!"

That said, any excuse to see a couple of A10 Warthogs is ok with me :whistling:

Quite ironic if you consider Jim Nabors's sexual orientation.
