Pre 1979 they used a "PACER" yellow lights system. The shortest time under yellow was 8 mins in 1949 and 1950. So I would say no, never have they had an incident free race.

Cars look incredibly stable. Not many visible bobbles at all.

I'm anti RHR, Marco, and Helio so this top 3 is pretty much the worst thing ever for me.
