Because the clocks have confused me, what time is the race start UK time? 7.20 or 8.20?

Since it seems to be 9:20 here in central europa, it should be 8:20 in UK?

And how does it synch with Martinsville, assuming rain doesn't play silly buggers with the schedule?

Indycar comes first for me but if it's possible to see both, would be tast .

Well yes. Wet qualifying for a driver who hasn't driven a single seater in the wet in some 8 years.

At the end of today Monty should be able to add 'Rahal' to the list of racing dynasties that he's beaten on track... Andretti, Schumacher, Hakkinen, Gordon, Johnson, etc... The fact that it is 'Graham' makes it pretty meaningless though.

I haven't seen a picture of him lately, but has he worked on his weight? Aka back to his F1 days?

He looked in good shape during his interview with with Steve Ryder for the F1 Legends show. Also says he was (when he interview was) a phew pounds above the goal.

He has worked on his weight a lot since he signed for Penske. He's cool.
