Races outside of the US will be held if it makes financial sense. Teams footing the bill to go to Dubai where their sponsorship doesn't represent? I don't see that going over well.

Now all that's left for Indy Lights is to get more than 10 cars to show up each race.

Annnnd a few penalties from the texas race. Not too sure i agree with the one for Bourdais though.

Bourdais' penalty is justified, Wilson got a run on him and was forced below the white line on corner entry. Perhaps a miscommunication with the spotter but definitely something that shouldn't have happened.

Bourdais will never understand that driving on ovals requires a completely different mentality than driving on Road courses.

Him being king of the defensive driving gets him into enough trouble on road courses, but you absolutely cannot chop like that in oval racing.

I was really impressed by Bourdais that time he won that IROC race at Texas. Even Mark Martin, the Alain Prost of NASCAR (minus the championships :P) as far as smooth calculated driving goes, was impressed with how Seb took care of his stuff.

Bourdais, the driver, has not developed well. The whiner has done better, he accepted fault at least.

Doornbos had allegedly blocked Seabass. Running different lines to cool wet tires had obviously not been heard of before in Champ Car.

This race was drama from the start. Tristan Gommendy stalled on the pole on the dummy grid, then Will Power stalled from the pole at the green light.
