The main line of storms is over Indianapolis right now.

It should be clear in an hour or maybe two, unless other storms decide to form.

Sunset is at 9pm. Assuming a 5pm start, there is plenty of time to get the entire race in. If the average speed is 200mph, the race would take 2 and a half hours to finish.

Could start a bit earlier. The back of the rain front is dying out and so it should stop raining within the next 30-45 minutes. Then 90 minutes to dry.
