I was legitimately surprised Marco managed to the get pole. I mean, partially because it's Marco, but mostly because the other Andretti cars seemed too trimmed out and lost speed today compared to yesterday.

Another surprise: we had zero crashes in qualifying. With as much as the cars seemed on edge, I expected someone to slap the wall off turn 2 at the very least either yesterday or today.

It seems that, despite the boost increase, the extra weight of the aeroscreen is making the cars a lot more stable and has brought the power to weight ratio back down.

Lets hope they keep incrementally increasing the power back up so they can be fighting the cars more over the next few years
