Oh look no DW12 Aeropackages and 1 engine supplier.

All we need for this series is for Tony George to join this series again.

Well they can't really showcase their "potential" with the teams they currently supply, thus not gaining much more costumers in the near future.

I'm pretty sure Honda doesn't want to lose every race against Chevy.

On the contrary, IndyCar as it is couldn't survive with one engine supplier unless they were heavily subsidised.

But I bet they aren't willing to put that kinda money in the series for just midfield teams, while Chevy is taking all the glory.

Seems Honda aren't too bothered about not having a 'big name' team.

It might be better for the series because instead of supporting big name team they can support few smaller teams which need more resources then Ganassi or Penske.

Well, Sato, Conway and Pagenaud all won with Honda power. Not like Ganassi were their only hope.

Speaking of Sato, he's 16th in the points table. Very disappointing. Since Sao Paolo he really has had a shitty time of it. I know some of it is self-inflicted but he's really had a bad run of the green.

Trevor Carlin is considering an Indycar program - http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/110476

While I'm in full support of Carlin expanding his team it is a shame he's unable to consider F1 as a viable option. His organization has been one of the great success stories of / in UK motorsport over the past 10 years winning many major titles. Carlin would be a welcome addition to F1 but it's never going to happen.

He was also involved in F1 with Jordan (for a short period of time) after the team was acquired by Midland.

To quote myself from page 58, it seems as though Sam Bird (among others) is looking at IndyCar as a serious prospect for 2014.

Chandhok has also said he is interested.
