Pagenaud lost around 4 places on the final lap, TV coverage naturally showed none of it

edit: more like 6 or 7 places

Difference is that Bobby Unser never got to beat up on a field of ride-buyers whilst having trick suspension on his own car.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Race wasn't a classic but I'm pretty sure the coverage/commentary made it 100 times worse. TBK radio would do a better job

Pagenaud down to 13th on the last lap. Lost like 5 places.

A bad race

Though if someone posts later saying they were at the track and there was passing every lap I'd believe them, just a snooze fest broadcast led by 3 people who just don't seem to care

Still, any time dale coyne can out think the penske juggernaut has to be worth something so not a total wash out

Get paul tracy to the commentary booth tomorrow stat.

Also worth noting that Bourdais has been 'Sebastien Bourdais', 'Sebastein Bourdais' and 'Sebastien Bourdias' on the international graphics at various points during the afternoon

Not the greatest race ever but I honestly thought it was decently entertaining. The broadcast however was ABYSMAL. Everything interesting happened under commercials and the TV crew and commentators had no idea what was going on or who to follow.

The broadcast certainly made it a lot worse

I think the race was pretty ok, but made worse by the cheever and goodyear. I mean really, they can't seem to get exited about anything.

I just looked it up if I'm not mistaken this is the last race of the season aired by ABC. I hope this is right because I wanna listen to PT and Townsend Bell.

Plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz

Bestwick doesn't help either, his natural tendancy is to be quiet and watch something happen then audibly review it a few moments later.
Which means when the most exciting moments happen they happen to silence
It's like he wants to be a golf commentator or librarian or something

Iono about you guys, but I thought that race was great! Stoked for Daly, and funny how y'all rant about Pagenaud/Penske dominating

This.

I'm not a fan of Daly, but it was great to see him fighting at the front. As for Pags, I love the fact he's dominating and he's such a cool character and deserves the success he's having.

Just finished it up before heading to work in a few. Great race but like i've said for a long time they need to talk about whats going on more and everyone in the field not just the top 3 and penske and ganassi. So happy for Daly and can't wait to see what happens today!
