Decent race.

Lets hope the overnight work at T1, means we can lose the barriers and have a proper start.

Or maybe the honeymoon with the series is just becoming to an end. After the first couple of races I already semi-lost interest.

Well, Richard Branson might be a bit bitter, but with the current state of F1, it might as well be that Fe get's...oh who I'm kidding, it ain't gonna happen. :p

Once teams figured out the battery saving and drivers how to drive them properly, it's normal that the races become less action packed. Same has happened with F1 the last couple of seasons. Once they figured out the exact lifespan of a tyre the races became much more boring in the second half of the season, and now in F1 2015 everyone knows what the tyre will do and we get boring races.

And the tracks haven't been that good since Miami, the tracks with the best overtaking spots were featured in the first half of the season imo. This London track is a new low point, I was amazed to see those 2 or 3 passes this afternoon.

I think it has more to do with shitty tracks. Berlin's Tempelhof is appalling with it's concrete surface and unchallenging corners. Moscow is a nice layout but not good for racing, same with London bar the layout isn't nearly as good as Moscow's

They, all, surely haven't mastered the battery usage, though. Only Piquet and a few others finished the race with expected values(ie 2% left). Prost and Bird had 14% left almost coming into the finish line.

Comparing a championship In year 1 to one In year 65 isn't smart.

F.E has done a lot of great work In one season, particularly with engaging with a non traditional Motorsport audience that should be applauded.

It has potential no question the big issue now is how it builds on that reputation and becomes established.
Some of the issues they've had are understandable teething problems but that level of sympathy won't be extended if they keep happening in years 2 or 3.

Formula e can be the second best championship in the world in 5 years time. Or richard knows of a secret business plan to buy f1 and tank it to ensure his words come true :D

Final qualifying for the season underway, looks like they have removed that wall from turn 1. Spots of rain falling

Buemi has this title in the pocket now, piquet and di grassi will be atthe back of the grid with this rain. Group qualifying is very unfair imo.

In this situation it is, but with most of the tracks being so short and narrow if all cars were on track at the same time there would be so many problems with drivers holding each other up noone would get a clean lap. And there would be a hell of a lot of bitching about it

They should use practice times if the weather interferes
