Hardly comparable.

That was a French only series, with next to no coverage outside of MotorsTV? Not exactly high profile or the first attempt at a single seater series which includes franchises from multiple globally known teams and established drivers, including some ex-F1.

Let them at least have a go before condemning or saying 'I told you so'.

They switch cars at pitstops, that's why they run all weather tyres. Michelin wanted to use these in F1, luckily Pirelli got a contract extension.

Just wait until they combine the Fan Boost and the Driver Sprint between the cars. It involves rollerskates with electric motors on them, given to the driver which gets the most hashtag mentions on Twitter.

Considering what they've already come forward with in terms of concepts, I think it's clear they don't need help from Dave or anyone else.

Hey they could put spinny wheels on these instead, then use them to display the speed of the car as it runs along, like those things for kids cycles do.

Spokie-Dokies? Yeah but remember when you had them on your Grifter, once you went more than 2mph centrifugal force took over and you never heard them.

But like cookie mentions, the clothes peg on the other hand...

Didn't they test these on an F1 car or Indycar sometime in the not too distant past?

Dunno, my eyes must have glossed over if they did.

I'd expect them on a FE car though at some point, seems the kind of gimmicky shit they'd be into.
