Was there ever any footage of the incident? I don't remember watching that race.

I find the details of the incident pretty astounding...

"...passed 13 yellow flags, four double-yellow flags, two white flags and 15 safety-car boards to catch back up to his rival during the safety-car period."

With all things considered a 12 month ban followed by a further 12 month suspended ban is getting off lightly. If there was ever a more clear cut case of using a racing car as a weapon, then this is it.

I still think the original incident was collards' fault but that pales in comparison to the retribution for it

The rage obviously descended in the worst possible way and all he could think about was revenge on collard.
I don't think he has any business behind the wheel if he is to suffer that kind of angry retribution.

Or a great career in nascar where the fans will cheer him kenseth style, whatever,

The absolute worst thing about it was he chose the spot on track where the marshals were cleaning up the original shunt to do it, he is very lucky he's not up on murder charges for the 5 or so marshals that were dealing with lando borrow
