Former STCC racer Tomas Engström is going to drive the remaining Chinese Touring Car Championship races for Haima Z1 Racing.

”It is going to be incredibly fun and a real challenge with new tracks, a new team, a new championship, a different time zone and above all the heat,” said Engström to TouringCarTimes.

The Swede will make his CTCC debut at Guangdong International Raceway this weekend where he will drive in the two-litre class.

”It is a great honour to represent Haima in such a fast growing championship like the CTCC,” said Engström.

Engström drove his last STCC season in 2013 and has since then driven six races in the 2015 TCR for Liqui Moly Team Engstler.

Once they tested streaming at YouTube. Shame that they will not do it again to rewind and watch crash again :(

Even if I was on track, there wasn't any chance to see that wreck. Maybe from that tower, that's all. Turn 1 is not "fan friendly". Almost whole outside track is empty, we have only one tribune in karting section. All photos I've got is from inside. Turn 1 looks like many Argentina track. Grass, grass and grass :D

seems like the Renault Clio will return in the Superproduction class for the upcoming DTC rounds at Zolder and Spa.

They do, but we must wait some like 4 days until they upload it to YT. I was thinking about really live streaming on YT, not just uploading after weekend :P
