After a less than thrilling Oulton Park meeting, the series travels up to North Yorkshire for the annual summertime event at Croft. Despite the new first gear rule, this should still be a good round for the RWD cars. I'd be surprised to see any less than two wins for Turkington here.

As far as the support series are concerned, Porsches make their return to the UK after an excellent race at Le Mans and we'll have a double Clio Sunday.

2 clio races on sunday?

Who are we missing from the support bill then?

Still expect the big crashes to happen on Saturday only though, as is tradition! ;)

I think 15 rounds with 2 races each that are longer in distance would be good

there should actually be a long touring car race in july to fill the gap. something like what the Willhire 24 Hour race was but perhaps 12 hours instead

Well there are 2 or 3 touring car drivers going to be busy racing other stuff..
One of whom was pretty good on his debut at the Brands Hatch funcup race..
And no, he wasn't driving a white polo.

He'll be taking part in the Harewood hillclimb in July in his Avensis.

Already had a shunt in the BTCC. Austin and Gio came together in FP1 and there looks to be a decent amount of damage to the A4. The car will be fixed for FP2 however.
